Mission-driven non-profit focused on blood donations. Management strives for inclusivity. Open communication is encouraged throughout the company. Strong internal team support. Staff is knowledgeable and patient-focused.

Cons

Communication can be limited by workload; Communication and managerial support can be strained due to workload. Workload often takes priority over work-life balance. Lab staff can feel undervalued. Compensation and career progression can be frustrating; raises require employee initiation despite continued added responsibilities at entry and middle level employee status. Encouraged to be proactive about your own progression.

Excellent Training. Great People. Fixed location or Mobile options. I really loved the 3 twelve hour set shifts at the fixed locations.

Cons

In a donor facing role there is extremely limited flexibility in hours. I did not see many opportunities for growth other than Trima/Alex training or becoming a lead (limited availability)
