      Pros

      There are some good people who work hard to make sure that the employees are catered too. The vacation and benefits aren't bad.

      Cons

      Senior managers will throw you under the bus so they can get away Scott free. There is nearly ZERO diversity in the ranks and people make snide comments about it.

      The mission of saving lives everyday keeps employees dedicated and all-in. Working along side people with the same mind set and mission, make it easy to get up and go to work everyday. The connections made here are life changing, and focus is quality in all aspects. Great place to work.

      Corporate structure is sometimes difficult when front line staff are dedicated to individual and personal connections.
