There have been too many layoffs, year after year. Job security is zero at this point which is contributing with high turnover in some areas. This lack of job security is causing work disruption and some leaders are starting to micro-manage their employees.

Health insurance is just OK. Aetna does not have the best customer service. It's in-network only with a fairly high deductible. The company funded HRA does help with that but still higher deductible than I've had at other companies. Doctors visits and prescriptions are all paid at full price out of pocket until the deductible is met. No short-term disability insurance. There is an in-house illness/injury accrual benefit but it accrues slowly and has to be replenished over time if used. PTO accrual is OK. Paid out at termination. If you have a spouse with great benefits it will help.
