      Pros

      Inspiring work that truly makes a difference and saves lives. New market style food service provides healthier and fresher food choices in the break room. Excellent health care benefits, competitive pay, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Always short staffed, expected to cover night shifts for staff shortages and vacations without fair compensation. Little chance for career advancement in production environment. Continuing education not encouraged.

      Pros

      People are wonderful and have a true dedication to the Mission. They will give as much as it takes. Unfortunately lately if takes a lot more with a lot less.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of promotional opportunities. For the higher level postions that do become open, it is evident that people have already been selected to fill them.
