A few nice coworkers and a nice building. Kind donors.

Cons

Terrible management! Terrible pay! I regret working here. I wish I had those 3 years of my life back. I’ve been a RN for 21 years and this was the worst job I’ve ever had. Work life balance was the worst part. I missed 12 hour night shifts at my previous job.

Pay is ridiculously high but felt more like a trap than an actual perk

Cons

Honestly the most miserable job I've had in 10 years. Everyone at this job is unhappy including the management teams. Toxic supervisors. Absentee managers or they show up but literally dont do anything. No one in senior leadership seems capable of making a decision; they want everything to be a consensus which is impossible when standardizing a company this size.
