Pros

Pay & benefits, company mission, flexibility, promotes diversity and inclusion. My team was supportive of each other and worked great together. Excellent boss.

Cons

Decisions made by corporate office with little regard to individual markets across the US. Saw many changes made only for the sake of making changes.

Not much room for growth, but a great place to get your feet in the door in a laboratory setting.

Cons

Poor communication from management and understaffed at times- was hard to take PTO
