Pros

You get to help people and save lives. You meet some of the most selfless people you will ever meet. Coming into work every day you know you will and are making a difference.

Cons

No matter how hard you work, change the donor numbers in the positive by a high amount or give ideas on how to innovate and get more donors to become donors. You will not be paid accurately or be heard.

Company is good, local management is trash

Pros

Good benefits, decent starting wage. Corporate leadership seems to want employees to be happy.

Cons

Local management is lazy, condescending and does not care about the staff. Employees are forced to take “lunch” at 5 am so work flow isn’t interrupted. Meanwhile supervisors and managers play on their phones all day. Vehicles are unsafe, staff meeting equal berating from the people who spend all day sitting at a desk and going to lunch with each other. If you make friends with the bosses you will not have to work ever again.
