      Used to be a "Family" environment but has fallen to the level of cut throat "for profit" organizations

      Pros

      People are wonderful and have a true dedication to the Mission. They will give as much as it takes. Unfortunately lately if takes a lot more with a lot less.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of promotional opportunities. For the higher level postions that do become open, it is evident that people have already been selected to fill them.
