Pros

The blood drive coordinators are the best people. Good benefits and PTO.

Cons

No comp time for working nights and weekends. Small raises (<3%). Need to use your own vehicle- per mile reimbursement after commute deduction. Extremely limited career path. CEO and senior management make a lot but they pinch pennies for AMs and staff. Current manager is inexperienced and sets reports up for failure.
