Not required to be licensed or certified. Will train. Good place to get experience to get another job elsewhere.

Cons

Treated as a number, company only cares how many units you bring in. Its not a culture that cares about life saving products, its about how much they can profit from those products. Theyll send teams out through blizzards, all hours, across the country and youre used as an on-call employee.
