      Pros

      It's a great cause, and the pay is good.

      Cons

      Little work/life balance. There's a culture of making goals at whatever cost. Truth-telling and integrity aren't important in marketing and promoting blood drives. Employees aren't held accountable for their actions until they just let them go. There is no actual coaching or training employees to help them improve. Donors aren't incentivized for their time and blood donations. Leadership states that people should be giving out of the "goodness of their hearts," while the CEO is raking in a $800,000 annual salary. There is very little importance on providing good customer service which permeates in the work culture.

      Pros

      Some varying locations for blood drives. Good friendships possible with coworkers.

      Cons

      The higher ups take no input from the people who actually work with donors which are the lowest paid

      Can be a pain

      Pros

      Most of the staff you work with are great lots of people that love to help others An be there for you like family.

      Cons

      There a handful of staff that are only in it for themselves, have no care for others and aim to make your day terrible if they themselves are in a rotten mood
