Pros

Get to work with great people and meet some pretty awesome donors. Love the idea of helping the community out by collecting life saving units for those in need. The pay and PTO accrual is good.

Cons

HR and management do poorly when it comes to helping employees out. They couldn’t even resolve a sexual harassment complaint properly. I have had management claim they are here for us, yet I haven’t seen it.
