Cons

HR restructure that makes no sense and each one interrupts SOP’s differently so no consistency. DEI is a joke, it just looks good on paper and advertising. Don’t dare to be different, they want milk toast robots that do and say as they’re told. Restructure of Divisions with no clear communication is chaos!

This place is the definition of TOXIC. Upper Management does not listen to their employees; they are bias towards only certain employees. They can not take that long standing employees are doing their best. They lack communication, respect, and honesty. THERE IS NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. ALL THEY DO IS FOCUS ON THE NEGATIVE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES AND LET OTHER MIDLEVEL EMPLOYEES TELL OTHER SERNIOR EMPLOYEES WHAT TO DO, WITHOUT REPRECUSSION. DO NOT WORK HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE HEARD.
