Employees treatment inside the company

Pros

Good pay for an entry level job. Full training provided. Monday to Friday.

Cons

No respect for employees. Culture of bulling. Control freaks. Micromanagement. Job could be easily remote, but they don't trust their employees. We have to lock away our phones, they even ask to turn them off (???). Computer/internet is all blocked so you can only access the software they want, and if you are waiting on work you'll have to rot in your chair, cause you can't do anything else. Can not talk to your colleagues. Office is very small for the number of employees. No chances to grow in the company.
