Remote work positions, Staff are able to make changes to business that positively impact to the business due is small size and start-up mind set.

Cons

Extremely limited tools for conducting business. Most work accomplished on Excel sheets and limited ERP system. Long work weeks for salaried employees. No regular merit raises or bonus past 5 years +, Limited to no advancement opportunity due to small size.
