Pros

Flexible hours for some positions and some at home positions. Everyone at Vitu is super kind and helpful. This was the best decision I ever made. I left a job I had been at for 17 years and had five weeks vacation, but it was so worth it.

Cons

None, this company is wonderful. Have been here almost one year.
