Challenging to work for

Pros

Steady paycheck flexible schedule most of the time

Cons

Poor leadership. Upper management doesn't listen to concerns of people below them. Unrealistic expectations of a store team. Not allowing a store to utilize all available opportunities. They (management) don't care about the local community and the needs of an area. High turn over in upper management means teams don't get to obtain a working relationship with their corporate staff. No full time except for managers so no benefits available for cashiers. I only get 3 days a week due to the cap placed on total man hours at the store I work. I work 6.5 hrs per shift. Tbh I'm looking for a better job.

Pros

Small business that fosters direct communication with the owners, e.g., easy access to the C-suite. Fairly jovial approach to interaction between employees and employer.

Cons

Sometimes too heavy of a focus on email communication among colleagues or senior management team, albeit it being such a small company.

Pros

They often work their crews into the ground. Crew sleep is definitely not a priority.

Cons

Pay is good, cool places to see
