Good growth opportunities and great people to work with.

Cons

Manager not qualified at the time, definitely had to stop working there because the situation got really bad. Favoritisms were also a huge problem.

Pros

Cons

This is a toxic and hostile work enviornment. I've talked to my managers several times about attitudes, behaviors, etc... that are completely unprofessional and would get them fired in most jobs. All I've gotten were either excuses or saying they'd take care of it, but with little result. If it had been just one or two people I would say that it's just the few bad apples that every work place has, but it is the majority of employees that do this. I have also, seen & heard sexual harassment going on. I've encouraged those that have had to deal with it to stand up for themselves. I don't know if they have or not, but after seeing another reviewer saying the same thing, I'm not confident that anything would come of it. It is clear that the managers across the board don't have control of their employees and that's why many of them are doing what they want and treating others how they want. This effects not just personal issues, but work related things, as well. It's a rare day when everyone does their work, and others don't have to do extra to pick up the slack. Having to both do extra work, and deal with bad behavior, and people's bad mouthing, on top of feeling like I'm getting little help from management and often receiving unfair criticism for things out of our control or other people's laziness, etc... has made this a horrible place to work at and I will be leaving as soon as possible. Not even with a two week notice cause I just don't care anymore and I can't. I have to take care of myself.
