Cons

No PTO but you can take unpaid time off. Unsure of at what position level this changes. Communication breakdown. There's a lot of grey area as an employee and lower level management. it's often hard to find things out without going out of your way to obtain information. Minimal hands on training at the locations I've worked at. Very much a this is how you do it now go do it.
