I worked in the Austin office as a recruiter, and unfortunately my experience wasn’t positive. The work environment often felt stressful and disorganized. Leadership in Talent Acquisition appeared inexperienced, and there wasn’t clear direction or influence when it came to supporting the Austin office. The culture within the sales organization contributed to a workplace that at times felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. There was frequent misalignment between teams, and communication challenges made it difficult to collaborate effectively. Micromanagement was also an issue, and there wasn’t much coaching or development offered. Turnover was very high while I was there. Although the company communicated strong retention, my experience didn’t reflect that—only a small portion of new hires stayed long-term. In addition, several project managers were laid off due to lack of work, which contributed to instability.
