I can't say enough about the people at Vivax. I feel comfortable going to anyone in the company for advice/support, and feel that everyone is treated with respect. Additionally, Vivax provides generous compensation to those willing to work hard. If your'e not afraid to work hard, and want to be rewarded for it this is a great place.

Cons

In the Project Manager role your'e expected to work longer hours during the week; however, I feel that Vivax does a good job of being upfront about this during the hiring process. This isn't so much a con when one considers the generous time off given to Vivax employees during the winter, a luxury most companies don't offer. Vivax has exciting plans to expand, and share those plans with all of the team members. However, in the meantime there is concern that there may not be room for upward mobility.

Great Company, Atmosphere, and Employees

Pros

The whole office has a great atmosphere, contributed mainly to the upbeat management and overall young staff. They expect hard work and results, but will work with you if you struggle with the weekly goals. It has honestly been an amazing post-college job. I love working with these people, both co-workers and managers alike. They give you the opportunity to show what you can do. With that, you are able to explore moving to other departments. Management as a whole tries to sustain a healthy work-life balance as well, whether it be happy hours, company parties, or simply the fact that you can bring you dog into the office. Vivax makes an effort to improve themselves as a company as well. While things are never perfect in a 15-year old company, management recognizes that there are areas that need to be adjusted and improved. Overall, I can confidently recommend this company.

Cons

The job itself is not the most thrilling work. It can be mundane, but my co-workers and managers work very hard to make it not seem as so.

Relaxed dress code, dogs in office

Cons

No work life balance, terrible pay, micro-management, mislabeling of job (it's a call center, not a "marketing position"), pretending they have a great culture to distract you from how terrible they are treating you
