      The culture of Vivax is truly unique. The mindset of the leadership is based in care and drive. Care for its employees, clients and community. Professional and personal development is at the core of the training and coaching I have received while learning my role in their process. Great pay, company events and amazing people make an incredible vibe around the office.

      Amazing culture! The owner is very hands on he really cares about the employees! The culture here gives off the best energy I have ever been apart of. Look no further you have found the company you want to be at!

      Parking is a little tricky sometimes that’s about it.

      Pros

      I felt the difference the second I walked into the building for career day. Absolutely amazing work environment with amazing people. Everyone helps everyone, we are all one big family who are all working towards achieving our own and the companies goals. We have fun but put a lot of pride in doing things right. Vivax is WAY MORE than "just a paint company". I am so grateful to of found this company and the opportunities to grow are endless. I could go on and on about the pros.

      Cons

      Some days can be long, but this job/position I am in is seasonal. So that is to be expected!
