      Pros

      Good people for the most part- kinda clicked up. But all around nice understanding people. Owner actually comes in( shows work ethic)

      Cons

      Pay sucks. Expect to work EVERY weekend. They told me if was optional but after I began to knock it became mandatory. They do a lot of socials/outing to make up for lack of pay. $12 hr or commission ($15 a lead of it converts $20extra) no way for you to know if it converts or not so no way to know your own pay. Except if you do the math all the time. Still no way to know if they put your hours in( pretty sure they forgot a few on mine and a friend) you go out in cold and rain and snow anytime.

      Not a bad company to work for if you're young and dont have a family. Get everything in writing.

      Pros

      Vibrant young company. Decent pay. Good benefits. Feelings of accomplishment recognized. Lots of encouragement for deserving, hard working individuals. Active in trying to find solutions to some problems. Good camaraderie among employees. Intelligent, helpful, and available CEO.

      Cons

      *Note, experience will vary based on department Some departments are self sustaining with stellar management, others struggle with obvious employee turnover issues and incompetent management. Work Company run by workaholics. Merit seems to be based off of amount of time worked per week. Frequent conversations of bragging about hours worked among employees. Unhealthy, unexplained expectations. Somewhat incompetent/detached management. Will listen to ideas and frustrations, will not act on them in reasonable amount of time. Tendency to "throw people at problems." Without knowledge to fix them. Management/employees uninformed on basic construction knowledge.
