Cons

parking is getting a little rough but that's bound to happen with a growing company.

This company is full of like-minded people who are ready to get to work and grind to accomplish goals. It is an incredibly inspiring and supportive atmosphere and in the short period of time that I have been here, everyone has been very kind and encouraging. I have been given every tool to hit my goals and have been awarded opportunities for growth and advancement. Aside from the day-to-day success of this company, Vivax is so focused on the community and helping out those in need. It feels good to be a part of a team that recognizes the big picture.

Cons

Living in an expensive city, it would be nice for compensation to reflect that a bit more. I cant find a single fault in any other aspect of the company.
