Pros

Lovely benefits, supportive teams. Decent pay and ability to move up. Definitely and equals opportunity employer. My department in particular is very easy going and laid back.

Cons

Vaccines are required to work there, some exemptions are given but is mostly limited to women who are pregnant I believe.
