Good wlb, plenty of movement between contracts, and all very intelligent

Very low pay, different contracts have vastly different culture and wlb (I was lucky), and a large push towards moving out of remote and back into the office
They want to bring tech jobs to rural communities. The owners of the business are very involved in trying to create a good culture.
Cons
This company is a startup and there are growing pains. At this time there is no 401k match. The health insurance is expensive but it provides good coverage.
