The management sucks, and is very rude and hateful. I applied for a day shift and was hired for evenings. Immediately into my career there, I was bullied because I was inexperienced and nervous. This place does not have values. They will not be compassionate or understanding with you. The clique in management tried for 5 months everyday to fire me for nothing. I was doing what I was taught. In August my grandmother died, and management refused to give me bereavement days. There’s a lot of drama, pettiness and passive aggressiveness there. There’s highschoolers are more mature than management.

I was promised day shift, offered second shift, I was told I could work the opposite weekends than what I was scheduled, lack of opportunity for growth with poor leadership. Too much drama, if you didn't fit into a clique, the clique would try everything to get you fired. Bullying, toxic, and hostile work environment. I truly feel bad for the residents; they're the ones that will suffer. If leadership and management is a mess, employees will be a mess, if the employees are not being taken care of, how can staff care for residents properly? Double standards with some Leads. Some leads setting bad examples and not truly leading. Passive aggressiveness, instead of productive conversations. No individual conversations if you were doing something wrong. I may not be perfect, but I believe in growth and learning opportunities. Not enough pay for what is expected of you to complete. Poorly managed and led, and poor communication.
