      There are kind and professional individuals and teams

      Vivint does not have strong leadership and is losing confidence of its midline leaders and managers. This organization has a toxic culture and work environment. Leadership does not care about the workload placed on employees. They are disconnected from their parent company NRG and hide details regarding projects and statuses.
