Great pay. Great incentives. Performance driven like every job. People who complain about that are just low performers that would complain in any company. Work harder and stop being lazy. Training is constant if you seek it out. Managers help. Corporate helps. Growth is outstanding for the company and on a personal level. I love this job. It is not easy but not worth doing is easy.

Cons

The less then 1% of he company's business that is unhappy and tries to act like their experiences defines all. Vivint has around 1 million customers. Try to find 10,000 complaints... You can't...even that many would be around 1% of our business. Our system has a 97% satisfaction rate. The iPhone has a 95% satisfaction rate. No company is perfect. Google your favorite company and you will still find negative reviews. Bad sales reps can give a great sales rep a bad name. Customers need to understand that and not make a decision based on that.

Gym, food, fun people, commission, bonuses. It's s very casual environment that welcomes young people. It's s very clean place and the temperature control keeps you comfortable.

Cons

Though to get time off. High turnover. Sales teams are treated much better then all other employees. Other employees don't feel important and are treated poorly. This definitely applies to the IT guys.
