This company has all it's priorities screwed up, all they are interested in is showing off to to other alarm companies in the areas. They built a beautiful super expensive building with free lunch for it's employees but LAID off a bunch of people to pay for it and lowered it's sales rep's pay scales...really???? Highly nepotistic when it comes to mobility. Very few openings are filled internally. Managers are under qualified and mean to their employees--probably due to lack of training. Very low wages compared to other employers in the area--even for Utah, APX can hardly retain entry level employees because of this. Benefits are mediocre, at best.
