Pros

The Pay is good especially for this area. Schedule is doable especially if you control it. 4 days on, 3 days off.

Cons

You have to deal with selling Vivint products. Yes, there is sales quotas. Don’t hit them things get stressful. Possible lost of job. Emphasis is placed on selling products and less in quality of installs. Favoritism on the job run rampant. Questionable sales tactics done by managers using techs to meet sales quotas. ALOT of contracts for the sale of Vivint systems there are techs who add products on a customer package that do not end up in the customer’s home. There is a u spoken rule/behavior to defraud customers
