Pros
There have been a lot of changes in the last year. They've added a lot of great benefits for individuals and families that they didn't have before. Company is constantly trying to improve and get feedback from everyone. I do feel current management is supportive and striving to help our company grow. With Covid currently going on, it can't be easy but they're doing their best to keep everyone's moral high. Everyone I've worked with have been very kind and helpful. The team I directly work with are very smart, hard working and dedicated. This makes me very hopeful for this company's future amidst all that is going on in the world.

Still a growing company with a few things that need to be adjusted in terms of process and procedures.
