Good benefits such as fitness reimbursement and private health care. International company with influence in all continents. Strong brand within the media broadcasting industry. Modern offices with breakfast and other treats. Working from home was a thing even before the pandemic. Hiring from all over the world.

Cons

Salaries are bellow market ranges in the country I live in. No collective agreement, example of negative impact is that company has all the leverage during salary talks. Occupational pension is not following ITP standard and can not be placed in same banks/insurance. Many legacy applications and old technologies. Seen many people find other jobs and leave the company during the few years spent there. Takes very long time to hire replacements and sometimes not hiring any replacements at all.
