Bangalore Support Site Leadership is very toxic

Pros

Everything is great except for the current Bangalore Support Site leadership. Company as a whole is terrific and the best company I have worked for in terms of culture. This one thing however sadly makes the place very toxic and makes it impossible to work here for long.

Cons

Bangalore Support Site leadership is extremely toxic. Very sarcastic and abusive leadership, worse than any other company I have worked for. Global leadership is not doing anything to rectify it. Multiple complaints have been filed, but to no avail. HR tries to assure that they will help, but no serious action is being taken. The company is great as a whole, but please do not join the Bangalore Support team (in 2024, until there is a change in leadership) if you value your mental health.
