Pros

1)The pay is at market value. 2) There are quite a few of genuinely compassionate people employed at VOGT, unfortunately they don't exist in upper management. 3) They do allow a pseudo flex schedule; meaning, there is no punch in time as long as you're at your desk buy late morning. 4) They provide free coffee.

Cons

1) Environment: A) command and control B) extremely pretentious C) a lot of office politics 2) Typical bottom line company; meaning, layoffs are a part of their business plan to boost profit margins 3) No loyalty to employees other than staffers. 4) A lot of employee turnover. 5) Highly resistant to embrace better technology.
