Small company with close nit teams. Resources in place to do a good job. Autonomy to be effective and enough controls to prevent mass chaos.

Cons

Local leadership is unrealistic. Pay is insufficient. Favoritism is evident.

Not alot of micromanaging, inclined to allow remote work well before 2020 hit.

Cons

Management in a bit of a bubble. More in tune to "trends" than distruptive/dynamic technology. Diversity for diversity's sake.
