1. No Adequate policies defined. 2. Not an employee friendly. 3. Indian HR,Noida - VOITH Digital - She doesn't know her roles and responsibility. A big space to grow.HR did not show up the clear picture. NO clarity on the BOND, which is a very high area of concern. Very unprofessional and casual approach. 4.
