Pros
As a family-owned company, it develops really nice. You can learn lots of things from Voith if you are a graduated student. The working environment is nice and peaceful. Not so much pressure, no stressful.
Cons
It's too peaceful and lack of the sense of competence. if you are a young person who is full of energy and try to find challenging work, maybe Voith is not your best choice. But it also depends on the department environment and the leadership style.
