Cons

It's not what you know, but who. Very shady management. Dinosaur of a company that has priced itself out of the market. Multiple duplications of jobs, leading to employee frustration. Lack of training and zero concern on fixing it.

Very German top mgt, they think they are logically managed, but far from it, very matrixed organization. Good decisions are hard to find
