      Pros

      pay was ok, before all the dues. and insurance. lots of over time because of mistakes. They don't have time to do it right but have time to do it over.

      Cons

      Bosses came off the floor so they don't know how to run things. Stupid decisions on a daily bases. Union? Joke! all they do is collect dues. Look up AIM. See how they represent their people. The old union president is now working for the company agents the union. Buddy, Buddies! Health Insurance! Try over a $100 a week and $8000 copay to start. No training just less pay for your training period. There is so much more. Now at a non-union shop making the same things, loving life! look them up! Unions Suck!

      Excellent overtime opportunities, and travel potential.

      Cons

      Salaried for 40 hour weeks and grow with plant production up to 60-80 weeks. Plant management is based on there cost to income, which leads to severe under-staffing, this causes multiple injuries and employee dis-contempt.
