      Lots of challenges Learn a lot, if you are interested and dedicated family company

      Cons

      lack of leadership/coaching/experience on managers each department seems to be managed only to achieve the department goals, and not the company goals No career planing

      Pros

      Great coworkers and excellent training opportunities. Facilities are mostly world class environments with excellent housekeeping and use of modern manufacturing techniques.

      Cons

      There is an overwhelming lack of direction from senior management which leads to confusion and chaos. Orders from consignment customers are frequently ignored in favor of direct ship customers. Scheduling is a nightmare.
