      Very little, pay is very bad

      Under staffed, poorly managed, no leadership, over worked, tell you anything to keep you working, no possibility of advancement

      Pros

      Working conditions are good, but people are complaining so much about having to work through the shutdown. People, why are you there? A paycheck right? STOP COMPLAINING! If you don't want to work, move it aside and let a person that would be happy he or she is getting more hours.

      Cons

      Hired in as a paint booth cleaner. So far I've done nothing close to that. Part time, new hires are left in the dark about full time opportunities. A lot of backstabbing. Which I expected, but not on a level like this. Team leaders and Union reps seem not to care about their responsibilities, only care about themselves.
