Middle Management team fickle with island mentalities no sense of team concepts just personal agendas. Employees have a "us" against "them" mentality and resisted to change positive or even necessary for growth. Overall opinion is from Senior Management down leadership their style is antiquated so 21st century absolutely no forms of communication to anyone until its done and there is no follow thru when they say they are going to do something. No sense of teamwork and then you are tasked with more jobs than is humanly possible to be efficient at. They claim safety first but they have been through 5 safety guys and the current has been with us for 2 years and they still haven't hired him after assuring him they would. Unless you are the person who likes an aggressive, hostile, looking over your should atmosphere than Voith is the company for you. My only wish is that I heard of glassdoor earlier so I could have spared myself the grief and hardship I have endured.

Highly Authoritative Work Culture. Understaffed and Lack of knowledgeable mid level management. Creating Pressure is used as prime tool for managing work. Weak or no processes, lack of proper structure. Annual Increments are below average.
