      Great pay Great people fun work great hours Best thing I can say is do your job and you won't have a problem. The problem with most is coming into work.

      Cons

      Managers have no communication. If you don't kiss butt your screwed.

      Pros

      Good Option for Management Trainee Candidates from MBA, and CA Candidates. You can be a vital role during the leadership teams discussions. Appreciation is Less though, but learning the is Average, Work is Very high. Regular routine job, and will become monotonous, after a period. Work Life Balance is very poor, as Management expects you to even work on Saturday's & Sunday's, where no compensatory off.

      Promotions are decided without any basis. Increments are very Low.
