The benefit package is well above the norm and pay is good.

Cons

Poor communication within organization. Environment triggers negativity and distrust amongst co-workers. Rumors run rampant from lack of communication by managers. No recognition for going above and beyond.

Very interesting and complex product and projects. Good and respectful work atmosphere. International company with many opportunities to gather experience abroad.

Cons

Not really a lot of bad things to say. Currently there is a high workload that leads to some friction.
