Manager is understanding when remote work/ PTO is required. Fellow sourcing Team is very supportive, Plenty of mentorship is provided. internal movement and growth is encouraged. Everyone from HR to peers are genuinely supportive

Pay, flat organizational structure means that it takes a while before one can become a people manager. York as a location doesn't have much to offer.
