      Care very little about employees, high employee turnover.

      Pros

      Yearly bonus is ok and you get it every year but not always fair between the employees and too much dependent on who does the complex managers dirty work

      Cons

      Treat employees poorly, beat them down regardless of work you do. They do not care about the employees or their families. People get fired left and right.

      Pros

      I had a positive experience working for this company. Employees are treated with respect and I felt valued. If I had the opportunity and they had a position available at my current location I would definitely try to go back and work for them.

      Cons

      In order to advance and move up into management you will most likely have to relocate. I felt the pay was a little low for the amount of responsibility you have.

      Pros

      Family environment, people are nice. I loved my boss and believed she had the best intentions for me.

      Cons

      Lack of workload until I was leaving, i didn't like the idea of not receiving bonuses until 2 years of employment or commission when the job seemed more like a sales support role then marketing.
