Good pay and flexible work hours.
Cons
Never know when the company want you to move. Company direction change way too much (every year or two.) For a year or two they want you to be local next moment they want you to live near head quarters. 24 hour coverage means you will get a call 2am at least once a week and expect to be at site no later then 1 hour for local mills. Never expect to be able to take vacation.
