Diversity and inclusion seem to be misunderstood here. Opportunities for advancement don’t appear to be based on competence or potential. Instead, promotions to management or supervisory roles often depend on Vitamin B, gender representation goals, or how well one aligns with top management. As a result, even restaurant service experience can be translated into global service management at Voith if there’s a desire to promote someone — at any cost. Knowledge and Experience? No problem cuz even you will receive your tasks from ChatGPT! As crazy as it sounds! Three burnout cases and four different managers in the same team — all within 3.5 years. That says a lot! Chaos in highest level but mainly depending on the department. The time is ticking for this company. you only need to talk to customers then you will realise.
