      - Clean environment - Good work schedule 2-2-3 - Good training - Very welcoming employees - Good Values - Wellness program ability to gain hours or use them to leave. - Unionized for Production team members

      - Pay is lower than average for most machine Operators - The amount of work flow is too variable and unpredictable. - Management needs to improve in many ways - Forced Mandatory - Takes a long time to gain more vacation over 6 years to have 3 weeks.
